Key Responsibilities of Editors

  2. Oversee the Peer Review Process

    • Ensure that the review process is double-blind, objective, and free from conflict of interest.

    • Evaluate reviewer reports and provide constructive feedback to authors.

  3. Make Fair and Timely Decisions

    • Make publication decisions based on the merit of the work and reviewer recommendations.

    • Communicate editorial decisions to authors clearly and promptly.

  4. Uphold Publication Ethics

    • Enforce ethical guidelines on plagiarism, data falsification, and authorship disputes.

    • Collaborate with the journal's ethics team in cases of academic misconduct.

  5. Maintain Confidentiality

    • Keep all information related to manuscripts confidential during and after the review process.

  6. Promote the Journal

    • Encourage submissions of high-quality manuscripts.

    • Promote TSJEES within their academic and professional networks.

  7. Support Indexing and Quality Assurance

    • Contribute to maintaining the journal's indexing in scholarly databases like Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar.

    • Support initiatives to enhance the visibility, citation, and impact of published research.
