At TSJBMS, we are committed to publishing high-quality, original research that contributes meaningfully to the advancement of business, management, and related disciplines. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process and are evaluated according to the following criteria:

  • The work must present original insights, theories, models, or empirical findings.

  • Submissions must not have been published or under review elsewhere.

✅ 2. Relevance and Scope

  • Manuscripts must align with the journal’s aim and scope, contributing to knowledge in business, management, economics, entrepreneurship, or related fields.

  • Papers with interdisciplinary relevance or policy implications are highly encouraged.

✅ 3. Academic and Practical Value

  • Submissions should demonstrate clear implications for academic theory, business practice, policy-making, or social impact.

  • Preference is given to papers that bridge the gap between theory and practice.

✅ 4. Methodological Rigor

  • Empirical studies must use sound research methodology, appropriate data analysis techniques, and report results clearly.

  • Theoretical papers should exhibit logical structure, coherent argumentation, and relevance to current debates.

✅ 5. Ethical Compliance

  • Authors must follow ethical standards regarding authorship, plagiarism, and data integrity.

  • All manuscripts are subjected to plagiarism screening using industry-standard tools.

✅ 6. Clarity and Structure

  • Manuscripts should be well-structured, written in clear academic English, and formatted according to the journal’s submission guidelines.

  • Proper referencing in either APA or IEEE citation styles is required.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

TSJBMS charges a minimal APC to support editorial, peer-review, DOI assignment, and technical maintenance.
This fee is only applicable after acceptance and is waived in specific cases as determined by the editorial board.
