The Tech-Sphere Journal for Business and Management Sciences (TSJBMS) is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. The journal adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and ensures that all parties involved in the publication process—editors, reviewers, and authors—maintain ethical standards at every stage of submission, review, and publication.

Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

  • Originality: Authors must ensure submitted work is original and properly cited. Plagiarism or duplicate publication is strictly prohibited.

  • Accuracy: Research findings must be presented truthfully without data fabrication, falsification, or manipulation.

  • Acknowledgment: All contributors and sources of funding or support must be properly credited.

  • Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest.

  • Multiple Submissions: Manuscripts should not be under review or published elsewhere simultaneously.

Ethical Responsibilities of Editors

  • Fair Review: Editors must ensure that all submissions are evaluated solely on academic merit without bias.

  • Confidentiality: Manuscripts and associated data are treated as confidential documents.

  • Editorial Independence: Decisions are made independently of commercial or personal interests.

  • Ethical Oversight: Editors take appropriate action when ethical concerns are raised about submitted or published manuscripts.

Ethical Responsibilities of Reviewers

  • Objectivity: Reviews must be constructive, unbiased, and based on academic merit.

  • Confidentiality: Manuscripts under review are to be kept confidential.

  • Disclosure: Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed and may require declining the review.

Misconduct and Corrections

  • Plagiarism Detection: All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools.

  • Retractions and Corrections: In cases of serious ethical violations (e.g., plagiarism, fraudulent data), TSJBMS may retract or correct the publication as appropriate.

  • Reporting Misconduct: Allegations of misconduct should be reported to the editorial office and will be investigated in line with COPE guidelines.
