The Tech-Sphere Journal for Business and Management Sciences (TSJBMS) welcomes high-quality, original manuscripts from academics, professionals, researchers, and postgraduate students across the globe. Manuscripts must contribute meaningfully to business, economics, management, or related disciplines and adhere to the journal’s ethical and formatting standards.

All submissions are managed through our automated journal portal, which streamlines the process of submission, peer review, revision, and publication.

How to Submit

  1. Register or log in to the TSJBMS Online Submission Portal.

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your manuscript and accompanying documents.

  3. Ensure that your manuscript follows the formatting and citation guidelines (APA or IEEE styles).

  4. Acknowledgement of submission and tracking details will be emailed to the corresponding author.

Submission Requirements

  • Manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx)

  • Abstract (150–250 words)

  • 4–6 keywords

  • Author(s) details with affiliations and ORCID iD (if available)

  • Proper referencing in APA or IEEE style

  • Any figures or tables must be embedded in the main document and appropriately labeled

  • A cover letter (optional, but encouraged)

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process:

  • Initial editorial screening

  • Review by at least two subject-matter experts

  • Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit based on reviewers' feedback

  • Final decision by the editorial board

Article Processing Charges (APC)

TSJBMS operates on a minimal APC model to support the editorial and technical infrastructure.
There are no submission charges. APC is only applicable upon acceptance of the manuscript.

Note: Members of the editorial or reviewer board may receive waivers to publish one article per volume without APC.

Important Notes

  • Manuscripts must not have been previously published or under consideration elsewhere.

  • TSJBMS strictly follows international publication ethics (COPE guidelines).

  • All articles are published open access and are assigned a DOI for global discoverability.
