Author Guidelines

Criteria of Publication

The Tech-Sphere Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (TSJPAS) maintains high standards for publishing scholarly work that contributes meaningfully to scientific knowledge and practice. Submissions are evaluated through a rigorous peer-review process and must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for publication.

✅ 1. Originality and Novelty

Manuscripts must present original research or novel insights that have not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere. The study should provide new perspectives, findings, or methods that significantly contribute to its scientific field.

  • Replication studies may be accepted if they offer new insights or confirm important results.

  • Review articles must provide a comprehensive and critical evaluation of existing knowledge with well-articulated future directions.

✅ 2. Scientific and Technical Soundness

All submissions must be:

  • Methodologically robust with clearly defined objectives, procedures, and analysis.

  • Supported by appropriate data and evidence that justify the conclusions.

  • Structured logically with clarity in argumentation and reasoning.

Experimental, theoretical, and computational studies must be reproducible and valid in their design and execution.

✅ 3. Relevance to Journal Scope

The article must align with the aims and scope of TSJPAS, addressing themes within the fields of pure or applied sciences. Interdisciplinary submissions are welcome, provided they maintain scientific rigor and relevance.

✅ 4. Ethical Integrity

Authors must:

  • Adhere to accepted ethical standards in research, including human/animal studies and data usage.

  • Avoid plagiarism, falsification, or fabrication of data.

  • Disclose any conflict of interest or funding sources.

All submissions are screened with Turnitin to ensure originality (maximum allowable similarity index: 20% excluding references and quotes).

✅ 5. Clarity and Quality of Presentation

Manuscripts should be written in clear and fluent English, organized according to the journal’s structure (abstract, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, references). All references must follow the APA format or any other specified referencing style.

Figures, tables, and illustrations should be:

  • High quality

  • Properly labeled and referenced in-text

  • Used meaningfully to support the discussion

✅ 6. Contribution to the Field

The submission should demonstrate:

  • Scientific significance and theoretical or practical implications

  • Potential to influence future research, policy, or practice

  • Value to the scholarly community, practitioners, or industry stakeholders

❌ Manuscripts Will Be Rejected If:

  • They fall outside the journal’s scope

  • They show signs of plagiarism or unethical research practices

  • They lack scientific rigor or are poorly presented

  • They are previously published or under review elsewhere
