The Tech-Sphere Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (TSJPAS) welcomes high-quality, original research from all areas of pure and applied sciences. This section provides guidance and essential information for authors submitting to our journal.

1. Manuscript Preparation

Before submitting, please ensure your manuscript adheres to the following requirements:

  • Manuscript Format: Submissions must be in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format. Please follow the journal's specific formatting guidelines to ensure smooth processing.

  • Title Page: Include the title of your manuscript, the names and affiliations of all authors, and the corresponding author's contact information (email, phone number, mailing address).

  • Abstract: Provide a concise abstract (maximum of 300 words) that clearly summarizes the background, methods, results, and conclusions of your study.

  • Keywords: Include up to five keywords that represent the focus of your paper and will help readers find your article.

  • Figures and Tables: Embed figures and tables within the manuscript, ensuring that each is clearly numbered and includes a descriptive caption.

  • References: Use the APA citation style for both in-text citations and the reference list at the end of your manuscript.

2. Submission Process

To submit a manuscript to TSJPAS, follow these steps:

  1. Create an Account: If you don’t have an account, register through our Online Journal System (OJS).

  2. Log in: If you already have an account, log in to submit your manuscript.

  3. Upload Manuscript: Submit your manuscript file and any supplementary files (e.g., figures, tables, appendices).

  4. Fill in Metadata: Provide necessary information such as the title, abstract, keywords, and author details.

  5. Submit: After reviewing the information, click “Submit” to send your manuscript for review.

3. Peer Review

All manuscripts submitted to TSJPAS undergo a double-blind peer review process. This ensures impartiality and fairness in evaluating the quality, originality, and significance of your work. Reviewers will assess your manuscript based on the following criteria:

  • Scientific quality and originality

  • Relevance to the scope of the journal

  • Clarity and coherence of writing

  • Proper methodology and data analysis

  • Accurate and comprehensive references

After review, you will receive feedback and recommendations. If revisions are required, you will be asked to make the necessary changes and resubmit your manuscript.

4. Ethical Considerations

We ask authors to adhere to the highest ethical standards in the preparation and submission of their manuscripts:

  • Plagiarism: All submitted works will be screened for plagiarism using Turnitin or similar tools. Authors must ensure their work is original and properly cited.

  • Conflict of Interest: Authors must declare any conflicts of interest that may influence their research or manuscript.

  • Research Integrity: Authors must ensure that their research complies with ethical guidelines for human and animal studies (if applicable). Ethical approval must be obtained and documented for such studies.

5. Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance of your manuscript, you will be required to grant TSJPAS a non-exclusive license to publish your article under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This allows others to share and adapt your work, provided they give appropriate credit.

6. Author Responsibilities

As an author, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of your manuscript.

  • Confirming that all co-authors have contributed to the work and agree with the manuscript's content.

  • Providing proper acknowledgment of sources and funding bodies.

  • Responding to reviewer comments in a timely and respectful manner.

7. Publication Charges

There are no submission fees for authors. However, Article Processing Charges (APCs) may apply upon acceptance for publication. These charges help cover the costs of peer review, editing, and publication. Detailed information about APCs will be provided once your article is accepted.

8. Access and Archiving

All published articles are freely accessible under open access principles. Your article will be available to the global research community, allowing widespread dissemination of your work. TSJPAS also supports the archiving of articles in institutional repositories.
